Initia was established in 2018 by four experienced, senior geotechnical specialists. Their goal was to create a smaller, more agile engineering consultancy that delivered a higher quality of service: working smarter, adding value, and investing extra energy and thought into every project.
Today, Initia is a tight-knit team of over 20 geotechnical engineering specialists, designers and support staff. At the heart of our company is the core belief that delivering value means always using our initiative.
